Instant Star is a Canadian television program which aired from September 15, 2004 to June 26, 2008. The series starred Alexz Johnson as adolescent music competition winner Jude Harrison. The show chronicles Harrison's experience in the recording industry whilst focusing on character development.

Cassie plays Blu, a new Instant Star competitor. Blu knows what she wants and isn't scared to go after it. She has a song on the show (Pavement) which is also available on the official season 4 soundtrack. Cassie's role spans over several episodes. It is definitely worth watching if you love music.
