Manny is still dating Jay and best friends with Emma. After Spinner breaks up with Jane they want to cheer him up and take him to Niagra falls. There Emma and Spinner get married. They are shocked but ultimately decide to stay together. Manny sings at their wedding celebration at the end of the movie. 

Mixed within this storyline is that of Jane and how she deals with the break-up between her and Spinner and how she spends some time in NYC.

Although Manny's part is a small one in this film, it is a very entertaining film.
